Summary: PaloQA provides local-first browser test automation, visual regression diffs, and API drift verification. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your test flows, recordings, and code exports.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the PaloQA Chrome Extension, creating an account, or accessing our platform website (https://paloqa.palosite.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the platform.

2. Software License & IP Ownership

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PaloQA for web quality assurance, automated test recording, visual diff inspection, and API contract auditing.

Your Intellectual Property: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all test plans, recordings, assertions, Playwright/Cypress scripts, and test data generated using PaloQA.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

PaloQA provides both free open-core features and paid premium tiers:

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selection unless canceled prior to the billing date. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PaloQA to execute distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, perform unauthorized penetration tests without domain owner permission, or scrape third-party websites in violation of applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PaloQA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall PaloQA or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from browser automation runs.
